"The first floor of Charles House has been designed as a high-end office space, catering for the flexible working needs of the dynamic companies that look for space in this prestigious part of town. Services have been coordinated in the centre of the floor plan allowing a higher ceiling near the windows, creating a well-illuminated pleasant open plan. . High-quality materials and furniture were carefully curated from responsible suppliers to ensure the longevity of the project and an environment that allows tenants to produce their best work." .
Sensibility of design is conveyed with a layered palette of colours, rich textures and finishes paired with a broad range of UK and European based furniture and lighting suppliers.
